All classes are open to everyone. The training is designed in such a way that every level of skill receives extremely beneficial practice and achieves quick results.

Monday Taiji Course
Starts 30th of March – 13 Sessions
- Relaxing Exercises
- 37 Posture Form
- Partner Work
The underlying importance in this Course is the focus of bringing the Taiji principles into the body and psyche.
The relaxing exercises, the 37 posture short form and the partner work are the core of the practice, with the solo exercises and form developing the internal strength and the partner work developing the sensitivity, listening and the understanding of the forces.
Classes will be varied. We will be working to integrate the following principles, relaxation, structural alignment, balance, and calmness.
Better posture, alignment and balance, improved blood circulation and a strengthened immune system are just some of the many benefits that can result from this type of practice.
Teaching will be adjusted accordingly to the students level. Beginners are most welcome!

No previous experience or fitness level is required, this IS how you get in shape physically and psychologically. Individual training process for every participant based on his/her abilities and goals. Ideal for athletes who wish to maximize performance, for professionals in high risk settings and for any person wishing to overcome irritability, fatigue and frustrations of everyday life and to gain energy, strength and happiness.

Prices
There are three different ways to pay for the Courses;
– Drop in Fee = 150 Kc per Class
– Subscription 1x Weekly = 1600 Kc for the 13 Weeks (125 Kc per Class)
– Subscription 2x Weekly = 2400 Kc for the 13 Weeks (90 Kc per Class)
– Subscription 4x Weekly = 3500 Kc for the 13 Weeks (68 Kc per Class)
Depending on your time and interest you can make the best decision on how you would like to pay? As Two classes during the week are outside, we are subject to weather conditions. If for some reason we cannot train outside, then the price of that class would be refunded to you at the end of the course.
For the 1x and the 2x Weekly Subscription, you can choose any of the classes to attend, which may change from week to week.
