Payments
We accept payment via our secure server by Paypal and all major credit cards. We take payment in Euros (€).
Payment will be deemed to have been made once we are in receipt of all cleared funds. Up until this point all goods remain the property of The Taiji School.

If you have not received your order within the estimated times, then please contact us and we will track the dispatch and update you with the estimated date of arrival. Please note that delivery times are dependent on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, then please contact us.
Cancellations
Up until the point of dispatch you may contact us to cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please contact us to arrange return. We will advise how to return the goods to us and we will cover the cost of this. We will offer you the choice of either a replacement or refund.
