Protaj – či se ke zdraví
In combination with the Czech Breast Cancer Alliance, Bellis and Sokol, The Taiji School will be taking a workshop – Taichi for health, on behalf of the Taichi Asociace CR, On Sunday the 13th April 2014.
The aim of the project is to introduce the audience to the art and practice of taichi, Specific exercises will be taught to relax the body and mind and to encourage the powerful healing qualities of our bodies.
Target group; Women with a history of breast cancer, and members of COS members and the general public
Location: Czech Sokol, Tyršův house (Aula ), Újezd 450, Praha 1

Time: from 10:00 until about 15:00pm

Program:
- Introduction to the project – Getting to know Taichi as the specifics of the project
- First Class of Taichi exercises
- Break – with an offer of “healthy snacks “
- Informative lecture on the importance of prevention – for those interested the opportunity to try self-examination of the breasts.
- Second Class of Taichi exercises
- Conclusion familiar with the continuation of the project

Transportation:
tram 12, 20, 22 – stop Hellichova output (or areas) tram No. 9 – Újezd stop output . Entry to the Tyrš House of Vsehrdova street .
